There are two options:

a) Wait until the month ends and the data transfer capacity covered by your plan is renewed, or

b) Purchase a plan with greater monthly data transfer volume

How can I register at Inty360 Catch&Rep?

There are three ways to register into Inty360 Catch&Rep:

c) Being invited to participate in a project by an Inty360 Catch&Rep user

How do I cancel my already paid Inty360 Catch&Rep subscription?

There are two ways to cancel the subscription:

a) Cancellation by decision: to cancel the subscription, start your session in Inty360 Catch&Rep, then login to My Profile and select the Cancel my subscription option. This selection cancels the subscription immediately.

b) Cancellation by omission: Non-payment of the subscription leads to its cancellation and once the data storage maintenance period ends, the stored data is erased (forms remain).

What is a project for Inty360 Catch&Rep?

A project is the name under which the captured information will be saved under, in multiple forms and by different users.

What is a form for Inty360 Catch&Rep?

A form is a structure of all the information that must be completed at the moment in which an entry is made. Each entry is made up of different elements.

What is an element for Inty360 Catch&Rep?

Each piece of data required by the form is called an “element”. The elements are the basic components of a form.

It is possible to group various elements of a form in a subset within a form; this subset is called a “section”.

What characteristics can an element have?

Inty360 Catch&Rep allows the Administrator to define different types of elements at the moment of creating a form. Each element that is defined must be associated with one of the following characteristics:

  • Text
  • Selected text from a defined list
  • Number
  • Number less than or equal to a defined number
  • Number greater than or equal to a defined number
  • Number between two defined values
  • Date
  • Time
  • Check an individual option in box (out of multiple defined options)
  • Check multiple options in a box (out of multiple defined options)
  • Images
  • GPS coordinates
How is a project created?

To create a project you must go to Main Menu → My Projects → Add Projects → New Project, where you will add its basic information.  You must also define the forms and work team associated to each project.

How is a form created and how are its elements defined?

Main menu → My Projects → Select the Project to which you wish to add the form → Edit → Select the Category and sector of the form, enter code, name and description of the form and then add it on.

To define the elements that make up the form after creating and selecting the form, add the name and features of each element and then click on Add element.  It is also possible to add the work team.

How do I upload a form into the mobile device to collect information?

The forms will upload automatically when the user enters the username and password into Inty360 Catch&Rep Mobile.

May I edit the entries already captured in my mobile device once I have synchronized?

No, it is not possible.

Who can create / edit / eliminate projects / forms / elements?

Those users that are authorized by the Administrator.

How do I create a work team?

Once the Project and its forms have been defined, it is necessary to establish who will  make up the work team.  The system allows adding new users and defining each one’s permissions for each form, in the Work Team tab.

What permissions can I assign to my team?

The permissions that you can assign to your team are: mobile registration, view own information, view team information, edit own information, edit team information and generate reports.

What is a video-tracking for Inty360 Catch&Rep?

A video-tracking can be produced by recording a video that has the image coordinates associated to it.  When viewing the video-tracking, it is possible to simultaneously display the point of location on the map where the image of the video is being filmed.

In what ways can the collected information be viewed?

To view the information of each entry, the user has two options:

  • To view the location of a selected entry from a list on the map
  • To view details of a selected entry from the map
How can I filter the elements registered in the map?

In Main Menu → My Entries, the system displays different selection criteria for the entries by: project, form, work team and dates.

How do I create the reports?

Go to Generate Report (of the desired type) in My Entries; the system will generate a file in the required format of all the entries that match the established search criteria.

How do I create a file in Inty360 format?

While using Inty360 Catch&Rep Web, go to Generate file in Inty360 format in My Entries. A file with the extension .inty will be generated, which can be read by any registered user that has access to Inty360 Catch&Rep Desktop.

Is it possible to work on various projects in a mobile device?

Yes, it is possible to work on various projects with a mobile device.

How do I change projects and/or forms while I collect information?

To do this from a mobile device, go to Main Menu → My Projects, and you will be able to view and select the desired projects and forms.

Why am I not able to view the map in the mobile device?

The mobile device does not have access to an Internet connection or the GPS does not locate the position.  In the first case, the GPS coordinates will be recorded even if the map cannot be viewed.

Can I find out my location when recording an entry?

Yes, there is a button called Location in Entry Forms.  When pressing it, the user will be able to view his or her location on the map (an Internet connection is needed to do this).

How many characters may I type into the text type elements?

250 characters

What is the maximum duration of a video found in an entry?

30 seconds.

Is it absolutely necessary to have access to an Internet connection when using a mobile device?

Only in the following cases:

  • When you start a session for the first time (so the created projects and forms can load)
  • When sending the recorded entries to the Inty360 Catch&Rep cloud
  • When requesting to view the location on the map (entry, video or video-tracking)
Is it absolutely necessary to have an activated GPS?

The GPS activation is absolutely necessary.

Can the quality of the video and photos be adjusted?

Yes, in Main Menu → Settings, you will be able to choose any of the three options available of video resolution (high, medium or low).  The photo resolution will depend on the characteristics of the camera in the mobile device.

How do I edit the entries collected in the field?

To edit the information on an entry, select the entry from the Entry Tray. This is possible only if the information has not been synchronized yet.

How do I delete the entries registered in the field?

To delete an existing entry, find it on the entry tray and click on it; then swipe your finger to the left.  The system will show an alert message asking the user to confirm if he or she wishes to delete the entry.

How is a video-tracking done?

To add a video-tracking from a mobile device, go to Main Menu →  Video-tracking → press “+”, which will grant immediate access to the video camera of the mobile device.

How long can I record a video in the video-tracking mode?

The recording time of the video-tracking is indefinite; it will depend on the storage capacity of the mobile device.

Is it necessary to activate the GPS to record a video-tracking?

Yes.

How do I send captured information to the cloud?

It depends on how you configure the Synchronization:

    • To send the information manually, go to Main Menu → Synchronization → Send, and select the forms you wish to synchronize.
    • For the sending of information to be automatic, go to Main Menu → Settings → Automatic Send, and it will search for Internet connections to proceed to send the information.
What happens with the sent information? Is it deleted from my mobile device?

It depends on how Send is configured. If you wish the space to be liberated in the mobile device once the information is sent, go to Settings Delete Sent Information and the information will be deleted automatically once the procedure is finished.
